Do I need coding experience?
+
No. This course is entirely no-code. We teach operational workflows and AI applications, not programming. Even if you've never written a single line of code, you'll be completely comfortable in this course.
What if I'm new to AI?
+
We assume intermediate familiarity (you've used ChatGPT or Claude casually). If you're completely new to AI, we recommend 1–2 hours of self-paced familiarization beforehand. It helps, but isn't mandatory.
Can I attend as a group vs. 1-on-1?
+
Yes to both. Group cohorts work well for cross-functional teams who want to learn together. 1-on-1 is ideal for personalized, role-specific coaching and custom problem-solving tailored to your specific workflows.
Will I be ready to deploy my automation after the course?
+
Yes. You'll have a tested automation, business case, governance checklist, and 30-day deployment plan. You're ready to pilot immediately upon completion. Many students deploy within the first week.
What platforms and tools will we use?
+
Demos use ChatGPT, Claude, or Google Gemini (you pick your favorite). For automation, we recommend Make or n8n (both have free tiers and are beginner-friendly). The concepts transfer across all platforms—you're not locked into any particular tool.
Is there a long-term commitment after the course?
+
No. The course is self-contained. You get everything you need to execute independently. Optional: we offer post-course support and troubleshooting as add-on services for ongoing partnership.
What's the schedule like?
+
Flexible. You can choose 1 session per week for 20 weeks (slower, more time for deep practice) or 2 sessions per week for 10 weeks (faster, more momentum). Sessions are online via Zoom, and recordings are provided so you can catch up if you miss anything.
How much homework is there?
+
Core assignments are 30–60 minutes per week (building your capstone incrementally). Optional deep-dive projects are available if you want to go deeper. The homework is practical and directly contributes to your final automation.
